Our company’s production plants are located in Kunming and Dehong, Yunnan, with a workforce of over 100 employees and a production area exceeding 5,000 square meters. Our main products include roasted coffee beans,coffee extract made by the way of tank-less segmented extraction , cold-brew freeze-dried coffee , freeze-dried instant coffee , and spray-dried instant coffee and other special agricultural products from Yunnan China ,with an annual output of more then 5000tons.
technique and facility
1.Our key freeze-dry equipment was imported from Denmark with an annual output of 3000tons can produce various flavors of freeze-dry instant coffee with steady quality As the drying process is carried out under low temperature and high vacuum conditions, the highly heat-sensitive aromatic substances are retained well, resulting in a rich aroma and pure taste. The freeze-dried coffee granules are filled with tiny pores left by the orderly evaporation of water, resembling a sponge-like structure. Therefore, their solubility in water is very good. The drying process does not change the shape of the granules, so the coffee granules produced have no dry cracks, no shrinkage, and no surface hardening. The color and shape are both ideal.
2.Our spray-dry instant coffee plant was made in China but the technique and know-how were from Brazil.By the advanced Brazil technology and powerful manufacture capacity of China we can produce various instant coffee at lower cost then others .We can steadily yield more then 5000 tons of spray-dry instant coffee at various levels of quality at present.
3.Our roasters PROBAT are from German. The max out put is 24tons per day Yunnan arabica coffee may be the cheapest beans with good quality in the world.It is always cheaper then Brazil arabica bean but the quality is not bad then it .Reply on the superiority of material we can roast most cost-effective coffee with high quality
